Our grandfather was Louis Walter Blanning Sr. , at his death our quest began. We often visited Bridgeton, New Jersey as children, we would stay at a local motel and spend our days playing in the pool. We never knew our grandfather was visiting his mother. He was reserved in sharing his childhood with his family.
